We recommend a desktop or laptop computer with the following minimum

· an operating system that supports one of the browsers
recommended below, such as Windows® 95, 98, or NT4 on a PC,
or OS 8.0 or higher on an Apple® Macintosh®
· a screen resolution of at least 800 x 600 pixels
· a 28.8Kbps or higher connection to the Internet
· at least 16-bit color (at lower color depths, some colored
backgrounds may be missing; other text and graphics will still
be viewable
